review 1: Surprisingly, I really liked this book. Cathy still cracked me and the added character of Denny was a nice turn in the story. (Though, I really hated his sister lol)I got to see more of Victor (it's nice to see him actually showing he cares haha), which made him grow on me a little more. In the first book, I honestly didn't see what she liked about him so much. His father's role reminded me more of how dramatic hispanic novellas can be lol, but hey, it could happen i guessAnd the ending was a fun twist, explaining why were reading this "story" in the first place :)Can't wait to see where this is all going....But if Cathy plans to make Victor a mortal using Jewel's purfume, I hope she gets his consent. It's only right heheThis whole thing kinda reminded me of the Hourglass ... moreDoor trilogy, but less dramatic and romance oriented. More "real" I guess :)

I thought that this book was pretty scary and enjoyable. The books was scary because they way things were described and what actually happens in the book. It is a book that you keep wanting to read and find out more and what is going to happen next but on the other side if you read it at night it gets really scary and you want but don't want to read on because you don't know what is going to happen. But the book was very good and because i got really scared reading the book, I don't think i want to read it again.

This sequel is as interesting and funny as the previous one. There are still lot of little objects and drawings, even if less than the first book. Here the writer introduce one of my favorite character of the trilogy: Jewel. And, also, I developed thanks to this book one of my greatest fears: the exchange of identity and the stealing of an it. Really, it scares me.Anyway, I really liked this book
