review 1: It was alright. I couldn't stand the main male character. I understand he has issues but ohhh my he got on my nerves. I loved how the female stood up for herself and put him in his place...that is until her submissive side came out then she sorta lost some of that backbone I loved. I coud give insight and a quick recap of the story but honestly it isn't worth it. I won't remember this story and if I do happen to it would only be an ass of a rich male character. It did have a quick suspense moment I enjoyed and didn't expect so there was a good point. The sex was alright. It had some intresting scenes.Warning: wax play, bondage, flogger, spanking
review 2: I couldn't really connect with the dominant BDSM element in this book, I actually found the BDSM element in... more it too harsh. There is Jake swearing he never wants to hurt her then later you find him binding her to a tree and having rough sex so her back must have been killing her, he also whips her towards the end when he's seeing if she means her submission or not - I really didn't like that bit. So all in all I am on the fence with this one. Story was OK, sex was hot, BDSM is the bit I had trouble seeing as loving and love blooming from. I just didn't feel the connection there, it went from trust and respect to just full blown dominance on Jake's part. So this one wasn't my cup of tea. less
