review 1: 3.5 starsFor being such a short book this story did not feel rushed. I think the reason behind that is because both characters had felt similarly to each other early, had been in love with each other for years without expressing it, so it helped that. The mythology wasn't completely explained, how after knowing her for so long did he only find out 3 years ago, that was never explained. Overall though I think the story line was good, it could definitely turned into something more or longer and gradual, but overall for how short it was it was decent.
review 2: Great story. It's so funny how one night can change everything! Taran and Lark have loved each other for so long and not cousinly love either. But because they are cousins by marriage they think it will be ... moreweird so neither make a move. But one night Lark becomes a target and Taran is there to save the day and he will not let her get hurt. I love Alpha males they get me every time and Taran is definitely Alpha!! Read it it is so worth it!!!! less
