review 1: This book was given to me as part of a giveaway. I found this book to be rather inspiring. The story was real and told in a very honest manner. I found the author of this story absolutely relatable. As someone who deals with anxiety and depression it was nice to see a story where the main person deals with issues in a similar manner that I do. I learned a lot about issues on a more global scale and what resources are out there to deal with these issues. I would suggest this book to my friends interested in learning about the situations in this story as well as people with problems with anxiety and depression.

... morey fast paced read but at the same time, raises lots of issues about identity of self and personal confidence. I liked that as a practising therapist/social worker, the author could openly reveal her weaknesses and the mistakes she made. Somehow I feel that instead of putting her career at risk, her clients might trust her even more because of her honesty in telling her story. less
