review 1: What an entertaining short story! Really good character development, an interesting story line and some very hot sex. Considering how short it was, it did not feel as rushed as most short stories do.I would definitely read more from this author but will have to wait until I get back into the f/m genre as it appears most of the MC's are f/m in the majority of her books.Definitely an author I will be watching though.
review 2: I liked this short story. This was a pretty original plot. Dragon shifters who live in a different land...which we are never introduced to. It was pretty inventive for a few of the sex scenes...I won't go into much detail but there involves a tail. ;) I liked Darrien for the most part. These are the pros for the book. CONS:1. The story is
... more too short of length for such an expensive price for Kindle. And since it is being charged such a high price, the quality of the story(formatting/typos) should be flawless which it is not.2. The story was too short to actually give this decent plot any depth. There's no introduction into the dragon world, no explanation of their history. We are shown crumbs instead being given at least a slice of cake. I felt the author could have went farther instead of rushing through.3. Paul summed up his own characteristic in the story. "God, I'm pathetic." Well amen brother, that you are. He cried too much and at a drop of a hat.I wasn't very annoyed when I got the end. Just a little disappointed that this story was not given its full potential. less
