review 1: This was the first book that I have read by this author and I was not disappointed. I really enjoyed this book!! This book really lets you get to know each of the characters and you love them all. I loved Bree and Sixto's story and couldn't help but root for them and hope that they end up together. I love Sixto's family and how they took Bree into their family. I could not read this book fast enough because I wanted to find out how the book ends and how Sixto reveals his secret to Bree and how she was going to take the news. I loved the ending and how they solved the problem of the warehouse.I am so glad that I was able to receive a complimentary copy of the book in exchange for an honest review.
review 2: I've enjoyed Laura Breck books before, but upon reading
... more this one I realized I'd forgotten exactly how good a writer she is. This was a great contemporary romance with small town Bree inheriting her twin's Miami house (or half of it), secret business (or half of it), and housemate. Yes, the other half is owned by part-time model Sixto (of Cuban descent) and the man is seriously hot! The story flies by with good emotional give and take, trust issues that need to be overcome, a subplot with another romance, great description, and a believable growth experience for both main characters. This is a well crafted story that will sweep any romance reader away for a satisfying read. Truly an excellent book! less
