review 1: *spoiler alert* I was really looking forward to reading this book but it was too new agey for me and too spiritual. It didn't really feel like he really talked about his journey, it felt more like preaching about yoga. Also I felt the author was a bit condescending at times with his medical speak and then immediatley mentioning "well in lay mans terms thats so and so.." you should just say it one way and assume your reader is a layman. Either way it was nice of him to share and its a sad story considering the fate of the author.

... moree of it might be too far out for the average reader, but if you are open minded to what this person experienced before they died, you can still take a lot of interesting things from the book. As someone very interested in yoga and meditation (and Ive seen the positive effects on my own life) I appreciated that the author took the time to explain how these practices worked for him especially during such a difficult time. He was faced with terminal cancer and produced a beautiful book. Id recommend it-- not too long of a book and worth the read. less
