review 1: Zara is a Single mum that ran away from her ex husband 6 years ago and live across from a biker’s club house. She is Sweet, Sassy.Talon is the prez of the Hawks MC Club he is strong Sexy and all Alpha.Talon has had his eye on Zara for 6 years and has been waiting for his chance to make her his. And OH god when he does reading it made my knees weak.When Zara’s brother Matt turns up informing her that her parents have been killed she know that her Ex had to have something to do with it and want to Run but Talon wont let her and he does everything in his power to keep her safe.Ok I have to start with this Author had me in stiches right from the start I think we have the same sense of humor.Not only where the main characters in this book bloody awesome the friends/Family h... moread me cracking up.I loved this book and cant wait for more from this Author Thank you Lila
review 2: Such a serious disappointment. I thought this would be a good series to get involved with but this book let me down. The premise of a woman with a young daughter running away from her husband and finding a new love in who could protector has me hooked. Where it went wrong was with the following 1. Insta-love. This book had the worst version of Insta-love known to book readers... There wasn't even a rhyme or reason begin their devotion. It was pure lust that escalate because they decided to bring family and friends into the mix. I mean you really don't know anything about the other person and you decide to take on their baggage 2. The writing and overuse of cursing. There is absolutely no purpose that the cursing served and it was poorly constructed. Bikers curse but come on. 3. The love scene or lack there of.... No need to discuss. 4. No character development or conclusion. All the hype build up for what? What happens to David? There isn't any face to face between talon and pick? How is violet and talons relationship before and after? Give us a build up of Deanna's life. The list could go on but I will step off my soapbox less
