review 1: I didn't know what to expect when I started this book and I was pleasantly surprised. It was an interesting world the author created. This is a short story about tentacle monsters and a young man but it has heart. The author did a great job of fleshing out the monsters personalities without words. I was impressed with her use of color in regards to the monsters moods. Very surprising and enjoyable read.
review 2: Why didn't I play jump tentacles when I was a child? Oh right, I wasn't a pet to a tentacle monster who believes BDSM in my training program will make me understand exactly what he required - resistance is futile, springs to mind! Don't be fooled, this is not a romance, it's kinky, definitely pervy, possible non-con rape situation and I don't know wh... moreat else, as I've never read anything quite like it before and even now, not sure exactly what I read! but I do know (in a way what I do not want analysing) that I will be rereading it again! less
