review 1: Super cute romance about a professional woman who has a one-night stand one night. Of course, she can't get out the guy out of her mind and then she ends up working for the same guy one year later. They start an office affair and end up in love. It is really sweet the way he sweeps her off her feet with romantic notes, then he "kidnaps" her for the weekend, which is when he realizes he is definitely in love with her and not just going to work her out of his system. I wish there was more story though, more after the wedding with what is going to happen to her job and his.
review 2: Lauren and Matt -- a one night stand to a year later and reconnecting. The story is interesting. One question stood in the middle -- Lauren's reputation. Could she sleep with her boss... more and still work for him?I could tell this was one of Lisa Renee Jones earlier works. It definitely was not as gritty as the recent books I read by this author. But that is not to say I didn't enjoy it because I did. It is a nice easy read.I read this an e-book. Kindle has this book along with the two short stories (novellas) in this series priced for $1. So it is a real bargain. less
