review 1: I love short stories that has a whole complete story instead of a bunch words thrown onto paper that leaves you scratching your head. With this set of short stories you have the who, what, when, and where answered while keeping you on the edge of your seat.In these stories we have hot alpha males paired with strong women. Each couple face their own problems while developing their relationships. What is great about these stories is there is not a lot of 'fluff' that makes you want to skip pages instead I was gripping my ereader dying to know what happens next.I can't wait to read more books by this author.
review 2: I don't generally like paranormal romances, but oh, how I love those alpha males - and what's more alpha male than a werewolf? Lisa Renee Jones cert... moreainly knows how to write books featuring powerful, dominant men...but she manages to show enough of their vulnerable sides to make them lovable. I've fallen a bit in love with all her heroes, and these are no exceptions. Even though these books are short, they all still have a great story, hot sex, and a couple of action scenes as well. Plus, you get to see some of the same characters from book to book, which was nice (even if it's just for a few pages). If you love romantic werewolves, then you should definitely read these books! less
