review 1: I had already read this book a few years back. I wanted something hot to read again. And I didn’t remember everything from this book. But this book is different from other adult romances. The leading lady (Elise) is a girl who has some hot (day)dreams. But I liked her. She has this split personality. The one time she’s the leader and the other time she is a sub. And I loved that about this book. And you can see that she acts totally different with the two different men. And normally I only read books that are about two people falling in love. But this book isn’t really about that. But even though, I can still relate to Elise. I think that probably every girl would want to have a time like she has. But I wouldn’t want to forever of course. This book was light to rea... mored and hot as hell. I really liked it. review 2: There is a line between ‘fun and relaxing’ and ‘boring, dull and annoying’ for these books and this one came very close to crossing this line, in the negative sense. Too many fantasies, I guess, which made it very unconvincing. Not that books in this genre are meant to be convincing, of course, but some are just better than others. Odd though in this case, when you consider that Lucinda Carrington has written (far) better erotic books. Maybe it just wasn't her day... :-) less
