review 1: Jessie being half demon has the power to send souls to hell. After her mother committed suicide when she was 13 and she was left her with Sean a wizard friend, Jessie has kept her distance from the paranormal word, a world her mother feared. But when she is approached by a very alluring vampire Jessie might have to reevaluate those fears. Drake is unlike any vampire or human for that matter that Jessie has ever met and she just can't control the urges that he brings out in her. Wail out in search for the evil vampire drake has hired her to help find Jessie meets another demon. Jeremy is very charismatic; he has strong features and a charisma that can woo any woman right out of their pants and into his bed. Now he has his sights on Jessie, the only kink with that is that Je... moressie has already fallen for drake. That little fact is not going to detour Jeremy he wants Jessie and will do anything even help her and her blood sucking vampire lover in order to win her over.If Alexander, the evil child killing vampire they are tracking, learns of their plans. It may take more than one old vampire and an arrogant demon to keep Jessie safe and find the vampire before he kills his latest capture. This was an interesting story. I enjoyed both men In the story normally I get a bit over whelmed when there is more than one man competing for the heroine, but this was done well and I enjoyed it I liked the challenge that Jeremy brought to the story, it would not have been the same without him. Drake is still a mystery to me I think there is more to him maybe we will learn more about him later. The story moved very quickly. It has great hot sexy scenes and there was action and two incredibly hot sexy men. Who could want more?Athenna
review 2: After reading the blurb about the story, I downloaded a sample of the book. I read the first 3 chapters and was hooked! I loved Jessie, she was smart, fun and over all entertaining. She comes off as a real women, even though she is part demon…And Drake, let's just say "hot" is an understatement...A fast and entertaining read that I really enjoyed and believe it will satisfy both UF and PNR fans. less
