review 1: I liked a lot of things about this book. Her style of writing is very easy to read. Like a blog. And I seem to enjoy, in general, biography-type stories about faith. And seeing how strong faith and hope can be. It's inspiring to learn from other people's experience and example. Even though I like that it's easy to read, like a blog, I wish the end of the book wasn't actual blog posts printed in a book. It seemed more like the easy way of writing those chapters. It didn't flow with the rest of the writing and story as well.
review 2: Beautiful. Simple. Real. ... What we all could use a little more of in our lives honestly! From page 179..."This is the kind of thing we need to spend our time doing, just seeing and celebrating the glory of God where it shows up, in
... more the pain and the joy He gives in this life."- Steven Curtis ChapmanPart of his speech given at his 5 year old daughters funeral. You really can't get more raw and real than that, this book is messy- beautiful! less

A story of how spiritual strength is the most important thing to have when dealing with any tragedy.

It was a very inspiring book to read, but also very sad. Their story is one everyone should read.
