review 1: This book was an easy read. The story was decent and kept me interested but I did find several mistakes throughout. This is the second book by Nancy Holder that I have read and my opinions of both books are pretty consistent. I have mixed feelings about the main character, Lindsey, which again is consistent with the other Nancy Holder book I have read. I don't feel the characters are strongly developed but hopefully that will change with the rest of the series. If you are looking for a quick and simple read I would suggest this book.
review 2: So...i've noticed that i'm the only one who gave this book 1 star. Honestly i'm not sure why everyone fancied this story so much, but here's what i thought about it.I never ever like to say bad things about a book because... more somewhere in the future i hope to finish one of my many unfinished books but i do value myself on being an honest person. So I read as much of this book as i could before i got completely lost. Its one of those books where i was so disappointed in it that i didn't even finish and can't even right a substantial amount of words to describe why it lacked in originality. Therefore...i'll just say...i feel like it should've been free. That's as nice as i can put it. And that's pretty nice because there are some books i wouldn't read for free but luckily this isnt one of them. Unfortunatley It did fall under my i want a refund list. Good news? The author is not a bad writer...her style of writing wasn't bad. I just felt as though the plot of this book was useless and confusing.Everyone must form their own opinion though so you'll never hear me say don't waste your time. less
