review 1: 3.5 rounded down: this was really nice and would have been great if it had been expanded a little; as it is, it felt as if the ending was wrapped up hastily a couple of hours before the deadline, which meant that the main conflict was never addressed properly. It was well written though, and I liked the understated style and lack of overblown drama - it just needed a couple more pages to flesh out the resolution.
review 2: 3,5*It started out pretty good and I liked both MC's even though the millionaire's son is a character I do not fancy too much in general. Their career choices and live events during the next few years felt pretty realistic and then the story became rushed. Everything fell into place without problem during something like one chapter (reunion,
... morejob, moving in together, wedding, unexplained sudden approval f the father...). less

Sweet short story. I hated that the time lapse was so long.

Lovely and romantic with a fun Scottish twist.
