review 1: Rating: more 3 1/2 than 4. Such rating mostly because style of writing was not my favourite. I was struggling a bit with first half of the book (it was slow paced, with a lot of interruptions with sub-stories), but last third makes up for everything. Story itself is interesting. It is scary, and shocking, and informative, and makes reader wonder how brutal the world (or parts of it) really is.
review 2: "L'uomo segue la ragione, quindi ha bisogno di una parte della vita per fare sbagli, un'altra per poterli capire e una terza per cercare di vivere senza sbagliare" Leggendo questo libro rimani con il perenne dubbio di quali episodi siano veri e quali finzione.. Alcuni di questi preferiresti fossero finzione perché saperli reali sarebbe una vera coltellata allo ... morestomaco. Un libro scritto in maniera diretta, cruda sull'educazione siberiana. Nonostante alcuni passaggi molto tosti, non è mai eccessivo perché una volta che sei entrato nel libro quello che succede sembra normale anche a te che sei solo il lettore. less
