review 1: I am giving this book 1 star because finally in the last couple of chapters I was finally getting into it.. The only reason I kept reading the book was because I kept hoping for something more. It's sad because the story is there.... it just needs to be written better. I can get past the errors USUALLY... but the errors were so blatant it was obvious NO ONE proof read this book. It appears the book has been pulled from Amazon and the author is fixing the mistakes.. Hopefully because now I want to find out what happens.... if the author is reading this... you have a good start here, just needs some cleaning up and you need to vary your sex scenes... they are all the same and quite frankly there was no PASSION... I didn't feel it.. I wanted too... I really did.. they we... morere very flat and repetitive. It's like a good steak that you royally screwed up... it rough and flavorless. don't fret go back and try again. I look forward to reading it .
review 2: I really enjoyed this book. It started off a little slow, but after it picked up, it really took off. It's full of great characters, hot sex, and plenty of drama. I liked the secondary characters just as much as the main characters. Savannah is a strong woman who falls in love with the handsome and wealthy Damon. I liked them together, but hated how often he had to go after receiving a phone call. There will be three books in the series, so I'm hoping to eventually find out why he always had to leave abruptly. There's a lot more story to be told. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and I can't wait to read the next one!!! less
