review 1: I truly hater this book. I bought it from the bargain bin for 5buck cause I love horror stories and thought there might be some really good scary vamp reads in here. I was wrong. I think maybe 3 stories really caught my attention, the rest I found excruciating to get through. with that being said I'm not a huge vampire story fan, but I like scary horror stuff and grabbed it thinking it would met those needs but it didn't. Maybe the hard core Vamp lovers will get more out of it that I. I most definitely will be taking this one to the used book store to trade on something else, won't be adding it to my personal library. Sorry :(
review 2: Some really excellent stories by some well known authors. However I found onw or two not to my liking and found that the stori... morees by the bigger authors (i.e. Charlaine Harris and Tanya Huff) were continuations from their series' and may not be easy to follow if you hadn't read their more popular series. Other than that I enjoyed the majority of it and even discovered some new authors to add to my ever growing TBR list. less
