review 1: El Quinto Dragón de Paulina Aguilar Gutiérrez es el primer libro de esta joven autora.Cuando Abi llega a Puerto Esmeralda no logra recordar quién es ni de dónde viene, pero una mujer, a quien todos en el pueblo catalogan de bruja, la adopta como su nieta y le da un nombre. Allí descubrirá un don fantástico que da paso a una aventura llena de fantasía y amor.Desde el comienzo la historia es atrapante al ingresarnos a una isla desconocida mientras Abi y Jan nos van contando su historia desde sus puntos de vista, intercalando su narración en los capítulos del libro. Es una historia romantica pero desde un punto de vista muy original y con un final sumemente inesperado y creativo que habla del poder del amor, pero tambien de la amistad. review 2: Abi is different, she knows it, but she does not confirm that feeling until Jan arrives, he appears out of nowhere and stays with her grandma and her and they start a friendship, but something happens and everything changes. A legend that may not be just a bed story and a girl with a precious gift, a destiny that has to be completed and two people who love each other.Is hard to describe this book. Amazing, awesome, fantastic are some words that fit the description, but the truth is that The Fifth Dragon is way more than that.I had a hunch about the book, I knew it was going to be great, and it was. When I started reading it I was immediately hooked, and since is a short book I finished in a couple of hours, I couldn’t put it down I needed to know what was going to happen and when it happened I was so surprised. The Fifth Dragon is a book full of love and fantasy, legends and strength. The author really gets to enter to your mind and your heart with this wonderful story.Magnificently written, with a great world building and very well constructed characters, is a book that has it all and that you‘ll surely enjoy.
