A Southern Cousins Mystery
review 1: This book is set in Tupelo, Mississippi, a cozy mystery that is a hoot! Lots of lovable and hilarious characters that are set on the "who done it" part, and find theirselves in crazy spots while doing so. Then there is Elvis, a lovable hound dog who thinks he is Elvis and narrates several pages as you read. This is the first book, and I enjoyed it alot. I want to read Ms. Webb's next book, Elvis and The Grateful Dead probably after the holidays. The books are The Southern Cousins Mysteries series.
review 2: I don't think I've ever read a book as much fun to read as this one. Being a native of Alabama, I fell in love with the writing style of the author and the southern way of life in a small town. The characters were were true to their roots and I had no problem
... more following the storyline. The character count was quite full but I had no problem following their antics. Their place was clear in my mind and I loved the fact that there was no swearing. It's a rarity that a to see that in books today. My hats off to the author for a great read! less

Way too cutesy for me. Quit after 50 pages. Just really did not like it.
