review 1: I ♥ this story.Aislynn and Jace warmed my heart. Two people taking a chance on love again when they have been badly burned.Aislynn left home and her career behind in TX due to life circumstances. When the story begins she has made her way to San Diego and she meets Jace in an unexpected way. Neither wants a relationship but for different reasons yet they can't help but fall for one another. This story about overcoming and allowing to love and be loved.Aislynn's Mom ... hated her. just sayin. There is a twist which I figured out right before it was revealed. I had myself an Ophree A-ha moment, LOL.If you are in search of a good story with some steamy moments then take a chance on Cursive.
review 2: My review of Cursive is a 5-star review the reasoning is I a... morem a romantic I love a good love story and this one was no different. I can also tell you that what makes a good love story is when the writer keeps the audience in a constant what is going to happen next stage. Cursive was like that and of course make sure to have some tissue when reading it. Cursive is about Aislynn and her life after her she didn't get married, after she grew up with a mother who wasn't so motherly, and the love between her and Jace. Finding out that one person can be your anchor if Aislynn allowed herself to open up to him. Jace has his own issues and relationships and in order to come to terms with those and move forward he needs to come clean with Aislynn and he leaves it up to her on whether to stay or walk away. Aislynn has more than a few problems but as you continue to read Cursive you will see how she feels like a real person with real problems and she has to confess those problems to Jace and pray that he doesn't walk away from her. Cursive is a book that if you talk about it sometimes it's hard not to giveaway the entire story line. I read this book in 1 day I could not put it down and I am so glad I didn't. Please this is a must read. less
