Down the TBR Hole is a weekly feature involving going through my TBR on Goodreads and sorting out the keep from the ditch.
Down The TBR HoleThis weekly meme was created by Lia @ ImaginaryPlacesOnPaper and the rules are simple:
- Go to your Goodreads to-read shelf.
- Order on ascending date added.
- Take the first 5 (or 10 if you’re feeling adventurous) books. Of course if you do this weekly, you start where you left off the last time.
- Read the synopses of the books.
- Decide: keep it or should it go?
Author: Gabriella Zevin
Date Added: 9th January 2016

Decision: Yes, I’d forgotten all about this book buried deep within a long list of books I want to read.
2. The FalconerAuthor: Elizabeth May
Date Added: January 9th 2016
Synopsis Link: Here
Decision: Yes, not a top priority but I’d like to think I’ll get around to reading it at some point. When I was younger I loved historical fiction and this actually sounds similar to a writing project I had a few years back, so it would be interesting to see what it was like.
3. Snow Flower and the Secret FanAuthor: Lisa See
Date Added: January 9th 2016
Synopsis Link: Here
Decision: No, although it does seem interesting with quite a high rating, so I may come back to it later.
4. A Court of Thorns and RosesAuthor: Sarah J Maas
Date Added: January 9th 2016
Synopsis Link: Here
Decision: Yes, although I’m not too sure whether I’ll enjoy ito r not. I don’t find Maas’ worth the great amount of hype around them, and I’d like to give the series time to be published so that if I do become addicted, I’m not waiting for years in between each book.
5. Glass Houses (The Morganville Vampires #1)Author: Rachael Caine
Date Added: January 9th 2016
Synopsis Link: Here
Decision: Yes! I’d completely forgotten all about this series! It was recommended to me years ago and I’ve never gotten around to it. Maybe it’s one for my Beat the Backlist 2017 challenge.
