Hello everyone, Family, Friends, and Foes, how’s it going? How’s Nigeria treating us? Good or Bad we must still give thanks to Baba God. Thanking him for Life and the little or big provisions we get.
Today I was thinking and a thought struck me, like why do organizations fail? Why you might question, simply put We don’t follow leaders. How? OK let’s see how.
Firstly we’ll see who a Leader is to grab more on this : noun (plural leaders) *Any person or thing that leads or conducts.
*One who goes first ie. Takes the first step/move.
*One having authority to direct.
*One who leads a political party or group of elected party members; sometimes used in titles.
*A person or thing that leads in a certain field in terms of excellence, success, etc.
*(music) A performer who leads a band, choir, or a section of an orchestra.
*The dominant animal in a pack of animals, such as wolves or lions.
*An animal placed in advance of others, especially on a team of horse, oxen, or dogs.(botany)

Let’s paint a picture together of a Choir.
If you’ve ever been in a Choir you’ll support me when I say the Choir is a mess when the Choristers don’t follow the leadership of the Choirmaster (The Leader), in the aspect of The Choirmaster, he has to be skilled in his filled to be able to conduct well.
Some choristers think following the Organist is easier, but you’ll nod to acceptance if you’ve been in a choir, that those Organist following Choristers always fail and get the music wrong. There’s a time of Elections/Nomination, where the choir select who conducts them, if a mistake is made for reasons unknown and a wrong Choirmaster is selected, the choir has no option but to follow his conducting through the time of leadership.
When a Choir votes in an unskilled/unqualified Choirmaster to lead them they end up in ruins and with a poor/bad performance ,
cause He/She is meant to know when to slow his hands, fasten his hands, how to move his hands left to right, how to stop his hand, and in general conduct the Choir.
Referring to the leadership of a Country/State/Nation, when there’s a leader the citizens are meant to follow Him/Her, we are meant to join him in moving the body/country forward,
Their are never two leaders in a pack of Wolves or Lions, the Head always kills the other trying to raise it’s head.
The Leader also chooses what the followers do to attain general success for the body.
A leader comes in and tells his People/Followers that Agriculture is his Ambition/Goal, the followers are not meant to say No, that is wrong, very wrong. The Leader in every organizational body gives the guidelines and mode of operation, saying Yes to them shows good followership, and surely brings success at the end, cause everyone is acting towards a particular goal, and not everyone going at different directions and chasing different things.
Back to our picture, a good choirmaster knows he/she won’t be there forever, it’s His/Her duty to build/create a set of other good choirmasters,
whom the choir will make a choice from when he elapses his/her time. Also a good Choir-member/Chorister should hold his part he/she sings very well, in that part he/she should be the best, it’s one thing for the choirmaster to conduct well and another for the Choristers to sing well, in that sector He/She should show their skills to the best. Making the job easier for the Choirmaster.
Biblically, when Prophet Moses led the people of Israel to the land of Canaan, the people acted all towards a goal and aim of Canaan, imagine the Israelites all walking towards their different aims, that would had been bad for their journey, and would had, maybe brought the journey to an end.
Let’s try to support our leaders in all they do, as long it’s wright, once in the history of Russia, the president asked for the country to be closed out from the rest of the world, they named it Iron Cutting Age, and the country/followers obeyed and followed, at the end of the Iron Cutting they developed and sent someone to the moon and did other scientific explorations that marvelled the World body.
It’s also most important to learn to choose the wright and best qualified Choirmasters to conduct our choir, let’s stop selecting our choirmasters based on sentiments, be it tribal, religion, political or any other. Select wisely and wrightly for the sake of the future, our future. After selecting the Choirmaster, let’s follow His/Her leadership and conducting. The Organist is there to add melody to the performance and not lead our Choir,
Don’t follow the organist but the Choirmaster. Vote Wisely, don’t Sell Out.
