About the AuthorNina Croft grew up in the north of England. After training as an accountant, she spent four years working as a volunteer in Zambia which left her with a love of the sun and a dislike of 9-5 work. She then spent a number of years mixing travel (whenever possible) with work (whenever necessary) but has now settled down to a life of writing and picking almonds on a remote farm in the mountains of southern Spain.
Nina’s writing mixes romance with elements of the paranormal and science fiction.

I’ve had some pretty fun times with Ruby and her sexy space pirate. It was a fast paced series, a little comedic and adventurous. I personally didn’t click with it, but I think some of you may enjoy what Croft presents for the Star Wars fans out there that wanted themselves a Han Solo.
This serial is full of adventure and a few moments that I’m sure we all secretly wish would happen (cause you know my favorite color’s blue) and even when things are getting dangerous, Ruby and Kill always seem to have the time to get cute with each other. A few things didn’t work for me, mainly the pace of the story and the little things that reiterated throughout the series, but that isn’t anything against the book. Just not meant for me. So if you’re into comedic romances with spice, definitely check this out.
