So we got probably the biggest surprise last week in the ATL Snow!! And not just a few flurries, I am talking about over a FOOT of snow at our home in further north of the city. It kind of switched my plans for this weekend, but it was oh so much fun!
Look at all of the beautiful fluffy white stuff! Now for any northerners out there this may not seem all that exciting, but I am from Florida-so let me have my moment. My husband and I loved it and it honestly made us think more legitimately about moving further north in a few years. Its making me want to do some hikes in snow. My mind has honestly been blown!
I know this isn’t really a hiking post, but we did walk in a winter wonderland! Plus we were meant to go hiking this weekend, but were too busy because last weekend was basically spent all at home. Our plan is to go the last weekend of 2017 (after buying new hiking shoes). Side note, can you believe it’s almost 2018?? I certainly can’t, I’ll talk more about that in my next post probably in a couple of weeks. Well one more photo of the Floridians having fun!
