Loveland, Colorado  The Constitution guarantees that individuals will not be deprived of life, liberty or the pursuit of happiness without due process in a court of law. Everyday across America that right is systematically denied as State Agencies, under the color of law and cloak of darkness and secrecy, rip children from loving homes securing for themselves millions in Federal Incentives under title IV if the Social Security Act.

Not only are these parent’s never charged with a crime, but subsequent investigations into child neglect/abuse result in no substantiation to the allegations and yet these children are never returned. Many are adopted out like animals in a pet store and sometimes families are not even aware their children are being sold to strangers until their pictures show up on one of the many adoption sites hosted by the traffickers.

Recently, journalist Terri Lapoint discovered that in Indiana 85% of the cases where children are stolen result in no criminal charges, no substantiation of abuse or neglect and this trend is growing nationally as the corrupt business of child protection remains unchallenged in their systematic deprivations of due process in the abduction and trafficking of children.

FROM MEDICAL KIDNAP:

Kara Kenney of ABC TV6 has reported on an investigation into the Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS). She interviewed Bryan Ciyou and Robert Schembs, Indianapolis attorneys who represent families in cases involving DCS. They give good advice to parents who are being investigated by DCS.

They explain many of the problems and corruption found in Child Social Services that Health Impact News and MedicalKidnap.com report about regularly, including the fact that only 15% of children taken away from their parents are ever substantiated for abuse or neglect. FULL STORY HERE
