My thoughtsI thoroughly recommend it, but definitely not for you if you are at all prudish!! Hunter is a total man-whore with a different woman every night. I think he’s taken Dix’s crown as the biggest player in town. I love his cursing and bad language, it makes me laugh out loud.
Hunter and Mary dislike each other immensely. They don’t even tolerate each other for the sake of their best friends, Dix and Madison, who are getting married.
Mary is doing a design degree and needs to remodel a home and office for her final assignment. She agrees to work on Hunters’s home and office. They are thrown together through this project and something stirs in both of them. This is rollercoaster of emotions for both Hunter and Mary.
Hunter has a great job in the city and there is a serious side-story running here.
Hunter’s buddies, Dixon and Finch were so funny with their banter. Some great put-downs from them, their softer side is also shown.
This book complements the first two in the series, Dirty Dix and Wicked Dix, in which Hunter is featured as a best friend of Dr Dixon Mathews. It could be read as a stand-alone though.
The author certainly doesn’t shy away from the sex scenes, of which there were lots!
