Have you given any thought to what you’ll do if your husband decides to take another wife and not tell you…? Not so much? Well, that’s the premise of this book. Set in Saudi Arabia, it follows an American woman whose family life is unraveling as a result of her husband’s infidelity. It’s a pretty grown up novel and only one student so far has attempted it; she did like it though, granting it 4 out of 5 stars. I personally enjoyed it, especially having lived in Egypt which is also a Muslim country, and found the writing truly beautiful in parts.
