review 1: I got this book as a first-reads giveaway. The book talked about what the world would have been like without the world wars, and the author describes two different possible worlds. I really enjoyed parts of it, and learning about all the many ways WWI has shaped our world was great. Most of which I had never even considered. I, however, also found a lot of it a little hard to get through. Overall, good book and one I'd definitely recommend.
