review 1: As someone who rarely reads memoirs(and who also counts Pawn Stars as the only show I really actively watch on TV), I was pretty interested in reading this book. It took me a while to pick it up, but once I did, I found it funny, really educational, and an entry to a whole business I know practically nothing about. The book was engaging, and i love the fact that there were chapters from the other key players on the show. The book really made for an interesting and different read, and I'm happy I took the time out to see what it was all about.
review 2: This books gives lots of interesting info into how Rick and his family started the pawn shop and eventually got their own reality show. The biographical info on the characters from the show is cool too. My favo
... morerite part was reading about the eccentric people they've dealt with over the years and some of the neatest items they've had come into their shop. Definitely check this book out if you're a fan of the Pawn Stars tv show! less
