review 1: Really liked this book it takes you back to the Salem witch trials and shows you that even the puritans were not so pure, they allowed jealousy and revenge to cloud their judgement. i was happy when these two got their HEA she needed it after dealing with her first husband and he needed it because he just needed to settle down with a good woman not just a woman with money like his father wanted. This book was very well written and masterfully told.
review 2: This book was very well written and well researched. It is set during the Salem witch trails. There is a plot twist in the end that I saw coming from the beginning of the book mostly because i read a lot of books and it tends to be a well known device. She brings you back to the time of the Salem witch tr... moreials and what we remember from learning while reading the Crucible and what we learned in history. If you are into historical romance and the time of the Salem Trials then this is the book for you. less
