review 1: I didn't hate this book but I didn't love it either. I enjoyed the characters, especially the little girl, Cass, she was just adorable and easy to love. It was a good story although I did feel that it dragged a bit and could have cut some of the dialogue. It was also incredibly tame for my liking, it was a modern day story with the characters being 30 and 27 and all we got were some chaste kisses like they were virgins! It didn't have to be like Fifty Shades of Grey but a little more realistic of the time would've been better.
review 2: Really loved that quotes were used at beginning of chapter to either give a hint about the plot or help define the character.I love books which use quotes either in dedication or chapter titles because the quotes help me learn -
... more- mostly about the people who wrote them and they are motivational.Several of the quotes used were quite appropriate and unique.Mike Tyson -Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face. (really describes the shock which begins the book and helps elicit sympathy for main character.) less

Sweet, cute, non-stressing Christmas story. Plus very hot, gorgeous cowboys.

Cute story. Short read time. I would read more from Shanna Hatfield.

Good story line but too mushy. That cowboy was a mixed character.
