review 1: This was a short and sweet story of second chance love. Even though it was July it still put you in the Christmas spirit. Both characters love there daughters and have horrible ex's but are they truly ready to move on. And give love another chance life works in mysterious ways and sometimes your brought together for reasons you will never know. I will be reading the rest of this series can't wait.
review 2: Marissa is a single mother of one who wasn't supposed to be at school today with her daughter but due to her sister being on vacation she was the one to take her to school. Figures that the day she is supposed to go into work in heels is the day that the parent volunteers don't show up for the school field trip. In an attempt to educate Heather and Reese... more on the animals at the Zoo Marissa meets Reese's dad Eric. The attraction between the two of them was like a massive wild fire right off the bat. Something that you can't ignore. Marissa judges Eric right from the start based on the experience of her ex and Heather's father. Eric is running late after helping out at an accident on the way to his daughters school field trip. When he finally catches up to the group at the Zoo he sees that most of the kids have already completed their worksheet on the animals in the zoo, but not his daughter or her friend. Seeing a beautiful woman in heels makes him think of his ex Reese's Mother. After a while of talking with Marissa he knows that he wants to get to know her more and with the two little pairs of eyes following them around. This book was amazing! I couldn't put it down. I loved it!!! Stacey Joy Netzel knows how to keep her readers hooked. There was everything that needed to be in a GREAT romance novel. Adventure, mystery, romance and a happy ending. I can't wait to read more from this wonderful author. less
