From this novel, I have learnt the true meaning of courage, strength and forgiveness. Most importantly, having hope in what comes after.
review 2: I loved this book! I love animals, just like Iris. The characters are well developed, and the story hooks you right from the beginning. I love reading books where the main character can take care of themselves. There are sections in this book that are hard to read, such as the animal abuse, but don't let that stop you.
