review 1: Just got around to this Christmas gift from Mom and I loved it -- Beautiful. Jessica you should read this if you haven't yet. Beyond the concrete ideas, there is a beautiful / short chapter on cooking when you don't feel inspired. Also loved her take on entertaining (no one comes for your cooking. They come thrilled with the notion that they're hungry and thirsty and someone else has figured out how to deal with it for them). This is one you go back to.

About halfway through I realized I needed a physical copy of the book -- it's something I know I will turn to again and again (and I don't say that lightly). There are recipes, but they're really beside the point... the point being to c
