review 1: What's not to like about a book that starts off with a prank and a sassy heroine?I really enjoyed this story and it's definitely a 3.5 for me. I was a little confused in regards to Kit's attraction to Sherry. First he wasn't even attracted to her and then in the next second that's all he was? Besides that little hiccup, the story is full of laughter and emotion. It is Trish Jensen after all. It's what you should expect and what she delivers.
review 2: This book tell the story of Sherry who found a phone no written on a 20 dollar note and suspected that someone played a prank on the owner of the call decided to alert him. As Christian Fleming, or “Kit” wanted to have the dollar back, they met each other for the first time without Sherry realising that K... moreit is the owner of the product that she is trying to pitch her idea to the next day. Sherry is a dedicated in her work and she work well with those who is open to ideas. Unlike her, Kit is a very determined person and is used to people who give in to his own idea. The meeting did not go own well and Sherry is fully expected to lose the account. Yet, she found herself attending Kit’s sister dinner. Kit is intrigued by her and he seems to be able to open up to her. It is something that has never happened to him before and it really scared him. Kit doesn’t believe in commitment while Sherry is. Yet, all Kit think of the whole time is Sherry ,I like the story very much. Simple yet dramatic especially at the end of the story. As a reader, i can feel Kit’s struggle with himself over Sherry and for Sherry to let go of her love for him is just too much for me to take. I couldn’t help but shed a few tears in the end! less
