review 1: I really don't know how I feel about this book. It's broken up badly, section breaks, chapter breaks, all the breaks. Just bad. Also bad were the changes in POV. At times I had no idea who's mind I was in. So why did I like it?I have no idea, but I did. It's interesting and twisted and then leaves you with an ending that's floating out in space. review 2: Almost every page talked about sex, to the point that it was just boring. Reminded me of how I skimmed through 50 shades of grey, hoping to get to some semblance of a story. ... moreak and even after her 'awakening' she just seemed weak, trite and pathetic especially when mimicking Conrad. It made more sense that in her sexual awakening, she would of ended up realizing that Conrad was who she wanted, not Vaughn. So to sum it up, I felt the whole story to be incredibly boring and predictable to actually read rather than skim. less
