review 1: Sloppy editing with no flow as such. He goes back and forth way too much. Other than that an easy read and presents a completely different side of yuvraj singh and left me with a question that why wasn't he dropped when he had so many health issues. Indian team could have found another middle order batsman. In hind sight not dropping him helped us win the World Cup but at the moment it didn't seem a wise decision.
review 2: This book gives us an inside look into the life of one of India's greatest One-Day cricketers. He was the Player of the Tournament in the 2011 World Cup. Dhoni, with his Finals performance, including the 6, ended the World Cup for India, but it was Yuvraj who won it. With a 100, and 4 50s, he was easily the most consistent player of the Worl
... mored Cup.What we do know, after reading the book, was that during the World Cup, Yuvi (as Yuvraj is affectionately called) was extremely ill during the tournament. He already knew that he was seriously ill, but procrastinated his treatment till the end of 2011 / start of 2012.What follows is a description of his fight against cancer, and his return to international cricket, as well as his performance in the 2012 World T20.On the whole, the book is truly an inspirational read, told from the perspective of someone who overcame cancer to get a second lease of life. less
