review 1: Another goodread! I didn't enjoy this one as much as the first one, but it was still a great story. Chaise seeks out Noah for protection during his wedding, only she never gets to talk to him. Colton, aka "Bull" intercepts and an instant chemistry is discovered. Chaise needs protection from a gang who is after information she discovered about one of their operations. Colton steps up to help and protect her, only he doesn't really know 'her'. Chaise tries to tell him who she is on multiple occasions, but never gets the chance, until Noah shows up and does it for her! Bull is furious; he hates being lied to. Chaise and Bull fight their way back to each other in the end. I wasn't really into Bull's character. It didn't draw me in like Noah's story did. I liked Chaise thoug... moreh! I still will definitely be reading more from A.D. Justice!

In this book I absolutely am obsessed.Much like the first book Wicked Games, Wicked Ties, brings the thrill, suspense, and twists. It keeps you focused on your ereader and makes you stay in place until the very last word. I know it is a bit cliche', but I could not put it down!Chaise is in trouble and seeks help from Noah. She shows up at his wedding as an uninvited party goer, but never makes it in because of the Steele Security men led by Bull. At first glance Bull thought Chaise was trouble and was trying to break up Brianna and Noah, but her attitude reflected she was truly scared. She is taken to the Headquarters of Steele Security for an interview, but is followed by bad guys. These men are waylaid by other members of the Security team while Chaise and Bull get away. When they finally arrive to their destination Chaise stalls and tells Bull as little as possible. As scared as Chaise is she tells him what happened to her and her suspicions about the company she works for. When it is clear that there is no place safe for Chaise, Bull takes her to the safest place he knows of: his home. They are attracted to each other and when they come together it is on a primal level. Chaise is hiding secrets from Bull about who she is and when it all comes out Bull loses his trust in Chaise and more chaos ensues. Chaise leaves and goes back to where it all started only to be kidnapped. Will Bull be able to save her in time?Chaise is vulnerable, but she is a very strong female character. When it comes to being pushed around she will not stand for it. Bull is the take charge kind of man and with Chaise he fits right in. He keeps her grounded and away from the edge of her sanity. What happens when she is on her own? What happens to them when she is kidnapped? One click this one to find out. less
