review 1: This book will improve your marriage .Having read theses three books ,you'll sudden;y look at your wonderful, loving,slightly boring husband and appreciate him with every breath. The torture continues ....and it is torture .I'm clearly a masochist as it's utterly addictive too .My emotions have gone through the shredder with these three books and I feel totally exhausted but crave a resolution ...much like Taylor and Sebastian.I can understand the how and the why of how Sebastian is but can never condone it or forget but purely for Taylor's sake I'd like to see her happy or finally at peace even if that means loss of lives including her own.To live on the knife edge these characters live would have me with a gun in my mouth months ago so these are strong strong people and ... morethe author has made damn sure I'm invested in them all with her brilliant writing .Dark ,twisted,violent and not for the faint hearted.Needing book four so I can sleep at night and would now ban my daughter from so much as looking at any one in government employ or law !
review 2: A little better than the previous book, but Taylor is still weak against Sebastian .And again, the only one who keeps me glued to the story is Marx, the crazy scary psycho. The scenes with Irene are just ... O_O Now i'm waiting for the last part with anxiety. A angry Sebastian is already scary , but what will be a Sebastian in a rage mode now that his family is on jeopardy , thanks to crazy scary psycho Marx! less
