review 1: ~~~~I was provided with a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. I want to thank you in advance for the opportunity to read this book ~~~~I love books about any kind of relationship (m/f, m/m, menage, anything...) but, in the end, this one just seemed a little TOO perfect for me. I really enjoyed the initial relationship between Pres and Ric. Their fears and feelings seemed genuine and it was a good read up until that point. However, once the "third" was added in, it began to get a bit far-fetched for me. The emotional connection I felt with the initial couple was gone as their personalities completely changed. Everything that I loved about Pres and Ric changed completely and it made the book hard to finish. There wasn't really much character development ... moreregarding Blair...he was just kind of there. He was an initial support structure for Pres, but when Pres' "issue" was resolved, it seemed like Blair was just there for the sake of making it a m/m/m story. It seems like his only involvement in the trio was purely physical except when he was whining about it *not* being physical enough. Even the sex scenes became hard to read simply because I wasn't feeling the love between themI've read menage books that really tie in the relationship between the three characters - however this one fell a little short for me. I didn't feel the connection between them once they became a trio. If the writing style of the first half of the book was maintained, this would have been a 4+ star rating - however, due to the lack of development and genuine affection, I'm gonna have to settle for a 3 star rating.
review 2: 4.5 'Love me some hot m-m-m menage action' stars.I absolutely LOVED this HOT as fuck, sad at times, angsty at times and beautifully sweet m-m-m read.I can be hit or miss with menage storylines but this book really worked for me!Pres and Ric fucking swoonworthy."You're a ray of bright light in my very dark world, Ric. I really wanted to beat the fucking shit of Vic who ever the fuck she was, not worth trying to remember her cunty name but yeah what a bitch!Not sure what I was expecting but this was better than I was expecting, deeper, more feeling and the chemistry and connection was sweet. Oh and unbelievably HOT!!!! Loved them!! less
