review 1: I love A.E. Via's books. I enjoyed this one and I recommend it to the people who love the m/m genre (like me!).The Gang's all back and the Beast Masters are still fierce, sexy and smoldering hot. Her story is vivid, face paced and gripping. I would have given it five stars but for me the book seemed to rush too many characters into and out of too many situations. Personally, I would have waited for another sequel (or two) in the Beast Master series to get more of each individual couples' story.
review 2: This is a strange review for me to write solely because I have mixed emotions about the book. After finishing the book, I was going between a 4 and a 5 star rating but obviously I ended up with the 5 star as you can tell.The reason why I was going back and ... moreforth is because while the story was good, there were some editing errors that caught my attention. While I don’t usually point those out in reviews, one of the big ones was a POV switch during one of the chapters and it did throw me off a bit and I had to go back and re-read to make sure that I wasn’t completely confused. Now onto why I ended up giving the book a 5 star rating, plain and simple because I would read the book again in the future. While I do understand that some people might get confused because of the multiple POV’s, (there were 6 total POVs in this story), I think that Ms. Via did a great job at working them all into the story. All of the POVs were needed in order to fully understand what was happening, and to get the best understanding of everything happening.I do think that this is my favorite book that I have read by Ms. Via because I did enjoy the characters, the storyline and just the overall feel of the story. I would really recommend this book to anyone who enjoys the genre and is looking for an action packed story that will keep you wanting more.Btw, Ms. Via, I really want more of Alpha’s story!*Copy provided for review*Reviewed by Crystal Marie for Crystal’s Many Reviewers less
