review 1: I wanted to like this book but just couldn't get into the main characters. It was amazing that married adults: played stupid games with each other (handling out of town guests, partying); didn't know how to communicate with each other (nagging/yelling and not listening); had a male "head of the household" who didn't know how to lead. I don't mind free/cheap books that are poorly written, but this one aspired to be more...Finally, I am a graduate of Ohio State (which is mentioned alot in this book) and am just plain embarrassed.
review 2: A decent and fast read about a hardworking married man who gets involved in a illicit relationships and can't figure out how to end it. It's a free teaser book that ends in the middle of a conversation which was extremely frus... moretrating. Normally I would purchase the second book. Not sure this time just to protest. other reviewers have complained about the writing style but I liked the fast pace and the voice of his conscious in his head. That's real. less
