review 1: Finished it. Yay. Oddly this book wasn't anything like I thought it would be. I think I brought in preconceptions with me based on what I'd read about the book. So it took me a while to fall for the characters. But when I did, wow. I went from 'meh' to 'love' of the characters when Christopher walks into the Ian's art place dragging the banners. I so had Bad Boys by Duran Duran playing in my head as I pictured him erupting in. I haven't had such an amazing vivid scene from a book in ages, especially one that was believable given the intense lead up. Awesome. The loose ends of the story leave you wanting more BUT that'd a good thing. Life isn't about dotting all the i's and crossing all the t's - not having closure makes you think more deeply about "what could be". Rather b... morerilliant.
review 2: Oh I just loved Christopher Robin Andrews the minute he came on the scene in book 2 of the series with Charlie and Dante. All the characters were back full force in the story and I had such a great time reading it. It was good to see Christopher Robin in all his many pieces and inside each piece was a caring and loving man. He was gorgeous and everyone loved him. He lived with many demons but he fell in love with Kieran. It was their story to tell and the sex was awesome like all the book in this series. Some of the things poor Christopher Robin had to face were heartbreaking but in the end he became strong with all the love from his lover and friends. I am torn as to which book I loved the most. I think it is a toss up with Charlie and Dante's story but this one won my heart, too. Book 4 is going to be about Ethan. I can't wait. Excellent book. less
