review 2: I did not love this book particularly much. While cool in concept, beings that coexist with humans that are essentially energy, I felt like it took forever for the story to get started and for the reader to get information. The characters felt underdeveloped. And it was annoying that the main character didn’t feel the need to get more information about what was happening to her. Also there was way too much sex. It was excessive and unnecessary and this is coming from someone who is a huge proponent of sex in movies and books. less
