review 1: Interesting book. I had some trouble with the premise though. Xander took the news of having a 10 year old son waaaay too well. He spent the entire book worrying about the fall-out to his political campaign and book sales of legally claiming him and being linked to Rose, who's dad is a felon but then in a matter of paragraphs decides to propose in public and claim Joey. Plus Rose's umbrella policy about criminals because her dad was an insanely naive get-away driver in a bank heist gone wrong was a bit unbelievable, even for a woman trying to protect her child. Chalk it up to being in a cynical mood right now, but I just struggled with this book, reading just for the information about Tommy Wilder.
review 2: Another page turning success. Can we say cliffhange... morer? Can't wait for the 4th and final book in this series to come out. I enjoyed reading Xander and Rose's story. The plot of the books revolves around a murder that happened when the Eden boys were young, and now that the body is found they are scrambling to keep the truth hidden. What is the real story? Julieanne and Heath's story promises to be another fantastic read. Come on October less
