review 1: A good-natured enjoyable romp down history and up the future. The characters are likable and well fleshed out. Benjamin Franklin is featured prominently in the teaser, but is more like a prop in the story. Disappointed me a little as old Ben is one of my favorite historical characters. That aside, the pace is fast. The place and time settings are enjoyable. Overall a good book to curl up with on a lazy weekend.
review 2: I received this book as a Goodreads First Reads. For the first couple of chapters I was really intrigued but found the language a bit confusing but it was starting to pull me in so I kept reading. I AM SO GLAD I DID! I got a hang for the language and completely hooked on this book. I find the whole story line completely original and fascinating... more. I cant wait till Andy Galvin continues this exciting story full of twists and turns! less
