review 1: Thank goodness the story is back to what I love especially since this is the last one. I too hated the wedding concept "A Cinderella Story" yuck, I think Alicia liked it because it clearly shows that Lelia was the poor girl that got so lucky and found Jacob, the prince. I was worried for about a minute because when they take Alicia home and she bombards Lelia with the wedding planner Lelia once again backs down and lets her take over and doesn't say a single thing but later she finally opens up and says how she feels. One of the best parts in this book is when Mia turns the table on Rachel, that is all I am going to say about it so not to spoil it. When Lelia meets with Alicia and her mother they finally push her to far, the snide comments, her mother speaking for her with... moreout her permission, it all became too much. I do wish that Jacob had noticed how unhappy she had been these past two months and remember what her wish for her wedding had been since she was a child and him put a stop to this mess right away and talk to her about it, but I was glad that it was finally out and now they all would know how unhappy she is. I loved how Jacob told her to just tell him what was wrong, "Serious or not, I'm here. I'm not going anywhere". I loved how Jacob jumped into action when she told him what she envisioned for their wedding. What happens on the Jet is hot, wild, and so funny. The rest of the time is like a fairytale, a romantic island, a sexy man, sex in every room, a beautiful dress, the perfect ceremony. I cried the minute she started walking to meet him on the beach with the minister, but I bawled like a baby when they said their own vows, oh. my. gosh. I love when Leila says "You're the best surprise ever, and you kept surprising me, being nothing like the person that you show to the world." Then I think I can't cry anymore and Jacob starts and I start bawling all over again. I love when he says "I don't think I realized I've been writing my vows since I met you until I sat down to actually write my vows. You wouldn't let me live a life without you in it. From that first kiss it wasn't even an option. You are my future, Leila. You're my everything. Just know that you are the most important thing to me. You're my best friend and my partner. And you've given me the greatest gift--the most beautiful love anyone could ask for." I loved this series. I will be honest I didn't love how this ended, I would have liked to at least seen them go home and the reaction from Rachel, how they worked things out at the office now married, it feels like there is so much more to their story and it was cut off too soon but I still loved this so much that I highly recommend it.
review 2: Congratulations to Ava Claire on a wonderful series!I've been on a twelve book rollercoaster with the delicious Jacob and the feisty Leila!!This series has been a very well written series. Ava Claire has brought to life two very likeable characters. You feel their pain, you feel their love and you just want them to get their happy ever after.I loved this series, I cannot praise the author highly enough and I have recommended this book to my friends to read. Maybe this series will come out as a whole book which should stop the series haters giving low reviews! This story is a definate 5 star story!! less
