review 1: First thoughts after…I'm going to wish list the next book! Awesome!How distracted did I get?High-Heeled Wonder is fun romantic suspense. I enjoyed the quirkiness that is Sylvie! She's strong, independent, and off beat sense of humor. Tony…lé sigh…strong, sexy, and mysterious. He's hiding things but so is Sylvie. The give and take of the chase between the two was steamy! The mystery of who dunnit had me hooked to the very end. I was guessing constantly throughout the story. My original guess was wrong…and it's usually not. Anyway, if you enjoy quirky heroines and mysterious heroes in your romantic suspense with lots of steam this is definitely the book for you!4.5 baskets
review 2: As many temptations as there were sexual positions...This is m... morey first Avery Flynn read, but it won't be my last. It had smooth dialogue, great support characters, humor, mystery, and of course electric chemistry between Tony & Sylvie. It's amazing how much content was squeezed into this book, it was a quick read that I didn't want to put down. I'm looking forward to reading more in this series. less
